The role involves ensuring continuous improvement in safety, quality, cost, and productivity, participating in advanced troubleshooting, and implementing effective technologies and operating disciplines. It requires expertise in Lean Six Sigma and Statistical Process Control to optimize plant operations and produce cost-effective, high-quality products. The role includes updating plant operating standards, collaborating with production technicians, and maintaining consistent process control. Effective communication and an open mindset are essential for conveying technical information and addressing issues. Job Responsibilities:

  • Owns the responsibility of continual safety, quality, cost, and productivity improvement.
  • Participates in advanced trouble shooting, learn and transfer best process skills.
  • Review & implement Most Effective Technology (MET), and specific Operating Discipline requirements are in place.
  • Understands and applies skills and knowledge in Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and Statistical Process Control (SPC) technology, to maximize plant asset utilization and produce low cost, quality products.
  • Initiates and manages changes to Plant Operating standards and procedures to ensure they are valid and up to date. Works with Production Technicians in this respect.
  • Open mindset & good listening, communicate technical information and issues to plant personnel, Technology or Expertise centers.
  • Ensures the processes are running consistently with Process Control System through all process area. Job Qualifications: Master degree or above. 1 year engineering work experience on Semiconductor or Chemistry SPC & data analysis skill 6 sigma methodology, best if have certificate.
