The SAP RTR-CO Stream Lead is responsible for leading the Record-to-Report (RTR) and Controlling (CO) process stream and supporting the successful execution of ERP transformation and digital finance initiatives across the organization. This role provides functional leadership for the assigned stream, ensuring alignment between business requirements, standard platform capabilities, and enterprise transformation objectives.
The position supports ERP transformation program strategy planning, program management execution, follow-up activities, and cross-functional coordination to enable effective delivery across the assigned workstream. Acting as a key interface between business and technology teams, the role partners closely with IT solution architects, factory teams, ERP Transformation change management leads, business power users, and other functional leaders to facilitate deployment activities from project initiation through solution delivery and transition to operations.
The SAP RTR-CO Stream Lead is accountable for driving process improvements, system enhancements, and reporting solutions that strengthen finance operations and business decision-making. This includes ensuring that standard platform capabilities are effectively deployed, business users are prepared to operate within the future-state environment, and required capabilities are enabled through close collaboration with relevant delivery and transformation teams.
In addition, the role supports finance users in day-to-day system and process operations, including month-end closing activities, by providing functional guidance, issue resolution, and process support to ensure operational continuity and reporting accuracy. The position is also responsible for supporting high-quality solution deployment through oversight of process and solution design, testing, validation, data migration protocols. The role contributes to broader digital transformation efforts by promoting process integration, user adoption, and continuous improvement across the finance and cross-functional landscape.
