Job Description

As RRP Branding Associate Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Drive market share growth and strengthen brand equity for HTS brands in Taiwan. Lead portfolio, pricing, packaging, and communication strategies, while evaluating new product opportunities and identifying key priorities to achieve sustainable growth.
  • Lead the planning and execution of new product launches. Ensure full compliance with local regulations through close collaboration with Global and Regional R&D, GSC, GBS, HQ Brand Groups, and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor JTI and competitor performance. Analyze drivers of success and underperformance, develop action plans to accelerate growth or adjust strategies, and provide timely updates on business performance to senior management locally, regionally, and at HQ.
  • Collaborate closely with Trade Marketing, Field Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure effective and timely execution of brand RTM strategies and activation initiatives.
  • Partner with the SI team to analyze consumer behavior and generate actionable insights through research. Identify new business opportunities and potential growth drivers.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets. Provide regular reporting and analysis on marketing performance to key stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with local and international agencies and vendors, including annual bidding processes, contract negotiations, scope of work management, project implementation and monitoring, and performance evaluation.

Requirements:

  • University degree required; MBA or equivalent educational background is preferred.
  • 45 years of relevant work experience; experience in FMCG or related industries is preferred.
  • Proven experience leading projects or managing cross-functional initiatives involving global teams.
  • Experience working in global functions within multinational companies is required; experience in electronics companies (e.g., Philips, LG, Samsung) is a plus.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI is a plus.
  • Resilient, results-oriented, and proactive with strong ownership.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
