Job Description

PURPOSE OF JOB:

This role acts as the execution and data engine of the Route to Consumer/Market team. You will bridge strategy and field execution by owning commercial data, streamlining sales operations, and transforming recurring tasks into scalable and automated processes. Your mission is not only to support execution, but to continuously improve how the team operates through better data, smarter processes, and actionable insights.

MAJOR ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Commercial Data & Insight Engine

  • Own end-to-end distributor and sales data across On-trade and Off-trade channels
  • Build and maintain dashboards (Excel / Power BI) to track key commercial KPIs
  • Translate data into actionable insights to support RTC and Sales decision-making
  • Proactively identify performance gaps (distribution, ROS, pricing, channel mix) and recommend actions

2.Execution Excellence & Process Optimization

  • Take ownership of recurring operational tasks and continuously improve / automate them
  • Streamline sales processes to reduce manual workload and improve team productivity
  • Drive adoption of tools (e.g. Power BI, Power Automate, SFA systems) to enhance execution efficiency

3. Sales Operations & Infrastructure

  • Ensure smooth operations of key commercial processes (e.g. distributor contracts, trade fund tracking, system access)
  • Support B2B platform operations and coordinate with Digital Manager on user engagement and issue resolution
  • Maintain data accuracy and governance standards across systems
