Role Overview: Lead the testing and validation of AI/ML models used in banking risk management, credit decisioning, fraud detection, and AML. Ensure model accuracy, explainability, regulatory compliance, and production readiness. Collaborate with Data Science, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams to drive quality and governance.

Preferred: Experience in automated testing, GenAI/RAG validation, and banking model governance.
