Risk Governance and Operational Risk Manager

Responsible for planning and promoting the company's risk governance and operational risk management structure to ensure compliance with the laws of the competent authorities, group regulations and internal policies.
Coordinate the identification, assessment, monitoring and response of operational risks and other non-financial risks, integrate cross-department risk information, and regularly report to management and relevant committees to strengthen risk supervision and internal control effectiveness.

This role is responsible for establishing and enhancing the Company's risk governance and operational risk management framework in compliance with regulatory, Group, and internal requirements.
The incumbent oversees operational and non-financial risk management processes, consolidates enterprise-wide risk information, and reports key risk matters to senior management and committees to support effective risk oversight.
