In this Role, you'll get to

  • Develop and execute airport transfer strategies for Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. Analyse market size, competition, customer demand, and priority airports and cities to grow bookings, revenue, margin, and market share.
  • Source and manage fleet operators, car rental companies, destination management companies, and mobility platforms. Ensure suppliers meet all local licensing, driver, vehicle, insurance, and airport operating requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, service levels, inventory, and campaign support. Build cost benchmarks by city, airport, route, and vehicle type to improve price competitiveness and contribution margin.
  • Manage supplier onboarding, system setup, product launches, training, and daily operations. Track key metrics, including booking acceptance, fulfilment, driver response, punctuality, cancellations, complaints, and cost. Drive corrective actions and supplier improvement.
  • Work with Customer Service, Product, Operations, Legal, and Risk teams to resolve major service incidents and escalated complaints. Conduct root-cause analysis and improve processes, products, and policies to ensure passenger safety and reliable service.
  • Serve as the market owner for Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. Partner with headquarters and regional teams to launch new markets, airports, products, and campaigns. Provide regular market insights, business reviews, and actionable recommendations.

What you'll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business, Tourism Management, Transportation, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, supplier management, procurement, or market operations. Experience in mobility, airport transfers, travel, OTA, car rental, ride-hailing, or ground transportation is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of transport regulations, supplier networks, and business practices in at least one of the following markets: Hong Kong, Macau, or Taiwan.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for supplier meetings, airport research, and operational audits.
  • Strong experience in commercial negotiation, contract management, cost analysis, and P&L management. Able to independently develop market strategies, business proposals, and partnership launches.
  • Professional proficiency in Traditional Chinese and English. Cantonese is highly preferred for Hong Kong and Macau coverage. Familiarity with Taiwanese business language and practices is an advantage.
  • Strong ownership, results orientation, and cross-cultural communication skills. Able to manage multiple priorities and influence cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced international environment.
