Connectivity team is looking for HWRF engineers due to business expansion. The position will be responsible for designing reference circuits and validating the RF performance for IOT and Automotive chips. This role will work closely with system, SW and FW engineers to enhance RF performance and custom functionality.
Overview
Knowledge & Skills:
- Familiar with board design tools, such as OrCAD, Allegro schematic and other tools.
- Familiar with circuit design and experience in WiFi card design and EMI certifications.
- Well RF knowledge with good understanding of technology, trouble shooting on the RF performance for WiFi 6/ WiFi 7/BT.
- Good communication ability to communicate with RF designers, system, FW, SW engineers for enhance RF performance and custom function development.
Preferred Qualification
- Master s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering with 3-6 years industry experience or above. Experience in the automotive and industrial industries is preferred.
- Good understanding of electronics engineering fundamentals, RF circuits and RF performance metrics (Sensitivity, Intermodulation, Tx Power, ACPR, EVM, S-parameters)
- Experience in designing WiFi products
- Hands-on knowledge of RF instrument operation: Signal Generators, Spectrum Analyzers, Power meters, Network Analyzers, Litepoint etc.
- Experience in designing WiFi products
- Optimize RF matching/DC power source to meet chip level requirement
- Good personality and English communication skills, able to cooperate with colleagues in other regions
Minimum Qualified
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field with 58 years HWRF HW Engineering
- Good personality and English communication skills, able to cooperate with colleagues in other regions
Education Requirement
Master is better, bachelor is min.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field.
