My client is currently seeking forRegional Rewards Manager / Assistant Manager


Responsibilities

  • Implement and enhance global Rewards strategies to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business goals.
  • Manage annual Rewards programs including salary review, incentives, recognition schemes, and retention initiatives.
  • Conduct market benchmarking, pay structure reviews, and support job evaluation frameworks.
  • Deliver Rewards analytics on pay equity, performance linkage, and workforce cost trends.
  • Oversee regional mobility and expatriate rewards packages, ensuring consistency and compliance.

Requirements

  • Degree in HR or related discipline
  • 5+ years experience or above
  • Regional exposure and system knowledge (e.g., BIPO) preferred.
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua).
  • Immediate availability will be an advantage
