Reward Specialist

Are you passionate about turning data into meaningful reward insights

We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Reward Specialist to support reward operations across Taiwan, Korea, and Hong Kong. Reporting to the Senior Reward Consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate market benchmarking, reward analysis, reporting, and governance.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to deepen their expertise in Reward and build a career toward broader Total Rewards or senior advisory roles.

What you'll be responsible for:

• Manage salary survey and market data submissions across Taiwan, Korea, and Hong Kong
• Support pay-positioning reviews and annual reward cycles
• Manage bonus schemes, maintain records, and prepare payroll instructions.
• Build and maintain benefits dashboards and reward reports
• Govern reward submissions to ensure internal equity, consistency, and alignment with established guidelines.

What we're looking for:

• Strong English communication skills
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office capabilities, including pivot tables, formulas, and data modelling
• Strong analytical, logical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of statutory labour requirements and market reward practices
• A high level of accuracy, ownership, and attention to detail
