Retail Supervisor / Assistant Store Manager(Entertainment Industry)

Work Location: Kallang Wave Mall

Job Responsibilities

. Lead, coach and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs

. Drive store performance through sales planning and commercial awareness

. Deliver an engaging and enjoyable customer experience

. Manage staff rostering, stock control, loss prevention and daily operations

. Train and develop team members to improve sales and customer service skills

. Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues

. Support promotions, events and customer engagement activities

Requirements

. Experience in Retail, Entertainment, Hospitality, Attractions or other customer-facing industries

. Experience in theme parks, arcades, family entertainment centres, attractions or leisure venues is an advantage

. Previous experience in a Supervisor, Senior Retail or Assistant Manager role is preferred

. Strong communication, interpersonal and team leadership skills

. Customer-focused with the ability to create an engaging customer experience

. Positive, approachable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

. Strong sales and KPI-driven mindset
