About this team

As a lead within the APAC Retail Operations Team, you will lead priority projects that are critical to the success & growth of APAC Retail business. This team enables retail functions and key retail support functions by providing project management that drive consistency, efficiency and alignment across initiatives that impact out stores.


A day in the life
  • Execute programming, projects and testing strategies to achieve objectives within retail strategic priorities and programming portfolios
  • Lead and influence functional and cross-functional working groups to drive work forward, aligned to programming strategy, roadmaps & deliverables
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and documentation of cross-functional workstreams impacting retail stores inclusive of risk-mitigation and budget management
  • Analyse insights, provide options & impacts to stakeholders and decision makers with clear and considered recommendations
  • Understand and review operational practices to identify opportunities and drive enhancements that improve outcomes and key performance metrics
  • Sustainment and continuous improvement through measurement, reflection, and iteration
  • Seek and receive feedback from users and implementation partners, evaluate needs and respond accordingly
  • Monitor project expenses and support budget tracking and reporting. Assist with invoice processing and coordination of expense documentation


Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years retail leadership or retail operations experience
  • Experience leading in strategic programs and/or projects with proven execution skills
  • Comfortable working in diverse, large-scale collaborative teams and driving objective/focused facilitation
  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation and communication skills ability to build relationships and collaborate
  • High level of experience with project management tools including Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Excel and Smartsheet
  • Self-starter, comfortable working independently as well as in a team environment
