Retail Portfolio Officer

Responsibilities:

• Support leasing administration, including tendering process, document preparation, letter correspondence and record management

• Assist in handling daily leasing and tenancy matters, including enquiries, contract execution and monitoring licensees performances to maintain a high-quality retail portfolio at HKIA

• Support fitting-out works by coordinating meetings, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, processing permit applications, conducting site inspections, and preparing reports to ensure the timely delivery of projects

• Actively support market research and pre-marketing exercise, with the aim of achieving the desired trade-mix plan and maximize revenue

• Perform any ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management or related disciplines

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in leasing and management of retail assets within sizable organizations

• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in MS applications, and Chinese Word processing

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua preferred
