Retail Manager

Position: Retail Manager (Fruits & Vegetables)

• Manage the daily operations of retail outlets selling fresh fruits and vegetables.
• Plan and monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and wastage control.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and display of fresh produce to maintain quality standards.
• Lead, train, and supervise retail staff to achieve operational and sales targets.
• Develop sales and marketing initiatives to increase revenue and customer engagement.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace safety, and company policies.
• Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of product

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing certificate, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in fruits and vegetables industry.
• Good understanding of inventory management in fruits and vegetables industry.
• Knowledge of fruits and vegetables sourcing, storage and quality control
