Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee overall retail operations across Hong Kong and Macau, including full P&L accountability
  • Lead budgeting, revenue forecasting, and sales performance analysis to drive business growth
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize store performance
  • Monitor store operations and optimize manpower allocation to enhance productivity
  • Plan and execute assortment strategies for new store openings
  • Identify and resolve operational issues to improve efficiency and service standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and business partners, and identify new business opportunities
  • Manage leasing matters, including negotiations and tenancy renewals
  • Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis to support business development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and execute marketing promotions/events

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
  • Experience in apparel and/or footwear industry is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Hong Kong retail market Macau market exposure is an advantage
  • Established network with landlords, partners, and vendors
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Immediate availability or short notice preferred
