Job Responsibilities
- Oversee overall retail operations across Hong Kong and Macau, including full P&L accountability
- Lead budgeting, revenue forecasting, and sales performance analysis to drive business growth
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize store performance
- Monitor store operations and optimize manpower allocation to enhance productivity
- Plan and execute assortment strategies for new store openings
- Identify and resolve operational issues to improve efficiency and service standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and business partners, and identify new business opportunities
- Manage leasing matters, including negotiations and tenancy renewals
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis to support business development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and execute marketing promotions/events
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Administration or a related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
- Experience in apparel and/or footwear industry is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of Hong Kong retail market Macau market exposure is an advantage
- Established network with landlords, partners, and vendors
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Immediate availability or short notice preferred
