What you will do:
- Lead and supervise a team of retail staff, providing guidance, training, and performance management to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
- Create an effective social media presence, push for engagement and visibility to boost visibility and increase sales
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maintain visual appeal and brand standards.
- Proactively develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
- Foster a customer-centric environment, handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales trends, inventory turnover, and profitability, to make data-driven decisions and optimize store performance.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and special events to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations, to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management on store performance, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
