Retail Leasing - Multiple openings

.Asset management experience is also considered favourably.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day-to-day leasing activities for a portfolio spanning retail malls and sites
• Act as a trusted leasing advisor to property owners and investors, providing strategic guidance on portfolio positioning and tenant mix
• Conduct detailed market research and feasibility studies to identify business opportunities
• Act as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, lease renewals, and rent negotiations

QUALIFICATIONS

• Tertiary educated in Surveying, Business, Marketing, Property Management or related discipline
• At least 5 years of solid leasing management experiences in commercial and retail sector, ranging from consultancies, developers or sizable organizations
• Self-initiated, proactive with strong business acumen
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer/Assistant Officer
