Our client is a real estate company in Singapore that specializes in property development, investment, and management. Responsibilities

• Oversee the leasing of retail spaces within the property portfolio
• Negotiate leases, whether new or renewed, for the designated properties
• Formulate and implement tenant mix strategies for malls
• Identify and secure tenants that match the desired tenant mix at the malls
• Collaborate with asset managers to maximize mall occupancy and revenue
• Stay abreast of retail market and industry trends by conducting market research
• Establish and maintain strong connections with retailers and tenants
• Manage the lease of the mall's promotional spaces, pushcarts/kiosks, and vending machines, and provide guidance on display design as necessary

Requirements

• Holds a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Real Estate Management, Building, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, retail industry experience and a proven track record is required.
• Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• CEA Qualified required.
• Has a broad network of tenants and contacts.
• Possesses a thorough comprehension of the real estate and retail industries, with a preference for shopping complexes.
• Is self-motivated and capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
