The Position

Job Purpose
Assume full responsibility in managing Key Accounts, supporting field promotion & Merchandizer team for retail channels to ensure sales and KPI achievement in Retail Chapter in a cost effective manner. Develop and implement annual KA plan and promotions to solidify CS-NPC leading position in the target market.

Conduct all business activities in full compliance with Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, and Roche Safety, Security, Health, and Environmental Protection policies, while demonstrating a solid understanding of compliance requirements and upholding the high standard of integrity.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities :

  • Contribute to the formulation of the Annual Sales Plan and develop specific account plans and profiles to maximize coverage, sales and distribution objectives ,,
  • Negotiate mutually beneficial commercial terms with key accounts to influence purchasing decisions and secure product availability. Develop and implement annual plan and contract for Key Account timely and with quality. ,
  • Manage Key Account and distributor sales and develop promotions to achieve sales target and KPIs.KPI
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Team to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, driving business growth.,,
  • Visit channels at the required frequency and build strong engagement and partnership with them

  • Track the results of promotion and effectiveness of field promotion regularly.
  • Accelerate product off-take in trade and optimize inventory level. ,
  • Provide Key Account sales forecast for order placement and sales tracking. ,
  • Well manage M&D budget on Key Account and Distributor. M&D
  • Maintain awareness of market trends, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitor what competitors are doing. ,
  • Process applications of FOC and demo goods from merchandising team, and monitor if applications are written off monthly FOC,
  • Conduct business in full compliance to Behavior in Business and Behavior in Competition.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Good Compliance track record. No material Compliance violation is identified in the past 5 years

Experience In Key Account Management Is Preferred
Education:

University graduate, MBA is a plus.

Working Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in business partner management (wholesalers, distributors, or key accounts) within established organizations, preferably in the healthcare, pharmacy, or medical device industry.

Skills & Knowledge: Good knowledge of Compliance requirements and clear understanding of high standards of Integrity

  • Experience and knowledge in the OTC / consumer healthcare sector will be desirable.
  • Experience in developing sales strategies and a good business judgment as demonstrated by a track record in sales and analytical roles are required.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to be agile and growth mind set when solving problems with a keen commercial acumen and must-win spirit
  • Able to translate market intelligence and related information into feasible business strategies and decision in assigned Key Accounts/territory
  • Independent and creative thinking in this business management role is critical.
  • MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access literacy, etc.
  • Unquestionable ethics and integrity
