Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming premium retail experience

• Introduce and educate customers on health and wellness products

• Recommend suitable products based on customer's needs and lifestyle goals

• Support daily store operations, including cashiering, POS transactions, and opening/closing procedures

• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and product displays

• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory replenishment and stock management

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and brand loyalty

• Support store promotions, events, and customer engagement activities when required

• Achieve individual and store sales targets

Requirements

• Prior retail sales experience is preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers from diverse backgrounds

• Proficiency in Mandarin and/or other languages will be an added advantage

• Interest or knowledge in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), wellness products, health supplements, or Cordyceps will be an advantage

• Positive, proactive, and sales-driven attitude

• Comfortable working retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays
