Restaurant Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive team performance, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve business goals through efficient management and compliance with standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to deliver smooth, efficient service and meet business objectives
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the front-of-house team to enhance team performance and service quality
• Resolve customer feedback professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction levels
• Maintain food quality, cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with regulations
• Prepare staff duty rosters and manage manpower planning to optimize workforce allocation
• Conduct staff training, coaching, and performance evaluations to develop team capabilities
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing to ensure adequate restaurant supplies
• Manage cash handling, sales reconciliation, and prepare daily operational reports accurately
• Control labour costs and operating expenses to achieve profitability targets
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, Singapore food safety regulations, and workplace safety requirements
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to maintain efficient restaurant operations
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Management

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Hospitality, Business, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills demonstrated through team management
• Customer-focused problem-solving skills applied in fast-paced restaurant environments
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory control, and cost management
