Role Description

The Restaurant General Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in East District. This role involves overseeing daily restaurant operations, driving team performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing budgets to achieve operational and financial goals. You will lead, motivate, and train restaurant staff, monitor inventory and supply levels, maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, and identify opportunities for increasing efficiency and sales without compromising quality. The General Manager will also build and maintain positive customer relationships, ensuring a superior dining experience.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and Team Management skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and guide a diverse team.
  • Operational and Financial Management experience, including budgeting, inventory control, and cost management.
  • Customer Service expertise, with a focus on delivering a high-quality guest experience and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
  • Knowledge of Food Safety, Hygiene Standards, and Regulatory Compliance specific to the restaurant industry.
  • Strong Communication, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making skills to effectively manage operations and resolve challenges.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic restaurant environment with a strong commitment to operational excellence.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, though equivalent work experience will be considered.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is highly desirable.
