Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive and culturally sensitive customer service to guests from diverse backgrounds to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat visits
- Prepare, serve, and present food and beverages following established quality standards and health regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene by adhering to NEA guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe dining environment
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to coordinate service flow and manage peak period demands efficiently
- Communicate clearly with guests and team members use additional languages to enhance guest interactions when possible
- Perform assigned tasks and ad hoc duties promptly to support overall operations
- Work effectively during weekends and public holidays as required
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory
- Minimum Secondary education or equivalent qualification
