What you will do:
- Manage end-to-end project resource planning, including cost, schedule, manpower, and overall resource allocation.
- Coordinate project interfaces, documentation, and delivery integration to ensure project alignment.
- Collaborate and negotiate effectively with project managers, cross-functional teams, factories, customers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Apply project management tools to monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct data analysis and AI-supported applications to improve planning efficiency and project outcomes.
- Support AI-driven and digital management initiatives within project execution.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Engineering Management, or a related field.
- More than 8 years of experience in large-scale project management.
- Proven experience in resource and manpower management across complex projects.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across multicultural and cross-functional environments.
- Strong capability in AI and digital management, including data analysis applications.
- Certified PMP (Project Management Professional) is a plus.
- Proficiency in applying modern project management tools.
- TOEIC score of 750 or above.
