Resident Engineer (M&E)

Description

• Assist QP(S) in the daily supervision and coordination duties including Mechanical & Electrical works, site investigations, building services works, etc
• Lead, monitor and supervise RTOs on site
• Responsible for the consistency of quality assurance inspections and testing for works
• Attend site meetings and resolve technical issues with Contractor
• Keep quality records of all works, monitor & report on work progress
• Review and comment on contractor's submissions
• To review and supervise safety, environmental and health matters

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Registered as RE with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore / Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore
• Minimum 7 years of experience in M&E works
• Possess strong initiative, and ability to work independently and within team environment when required
• Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
