Position Summary

As a leading capital market expert in Asia, QIC is committed to maximizing long-term equity value for corporations by delivering comprehensive and customized capital market solutions. Our core business encompasses a diverse range of equity-related services in both primary and secondary markets, including fundraising, M&A, shareholder value creation, IPO advisory, market capitalization management, business model advisory, equity structure optimization, ESG rating enhancement, and investor relations management. Here, you will work alongside seasoned consultants, tackle industry-leading challenges, and lay a solid foundation for becoming a well-rounded finance professional.

Responsibilities

1. Company Research: Perform comprehensive research on target companies and industries, generating in-depth reports on industry trends, competitive landscape, business models, financial analysis, equity structures, and valuations.

2. Market Dynamics Monitoring: Regularly monitor and analyze key industry and market developments, including news, stock performance, capital flow, shareholder activities, market ratings, and macroeconomic indicators, and deliver detailed analytical reports.

3. Investor Forum Support: Contribute to preparing materials for QIC's flagship international investor forums, including company highlight summaries (1-page flyers), investor profile analyses, and investor insight reports.

Requirements

1. Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial analysis

2. Excellent financial modeling skills and familiarity with common valuation methodologies

3. Advanced writing skills in BOTH English and Mandarin

4. Demonstrates problem-solving skills and adaptability

5. Familiarity with databases such as TEJ, Bloomberg, or Capital IQ is a plus

Duration1 year with a minimum weekly commitment of 20 hours.
