- Culture and harvest mammalian cells and E coli.
- Proteins purification by diverse chromatographic techniques.
- Analyzed proteins with SDS PAGE and UV-Vis Spectrometer
- Present and prepare experimental results by following Good Document Practices.
- Manage lab supplies and chemicals in time of needs.
- Assist and train other associates in time of needs.
- Maintain and monitor laboratory equipment
- Other projects or responsibilities as may be required.
Minimum Qualifications – Education And Experience
A bachelor's degree or higher in Life Science, Biotech, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented, organized and work well in small work groups.
Able to perform basic computer operations such as MS Office and Outlook and other based software.
Preferred Qualifications – Education And Experience
Aseptic techniques for maintenance of suspension mammalian cell lines culture.
Good analytical and communication skill.
Extensive experience in both protein and antibody purification.
Experienced in purification and formulation of recombinant protein or antibody.
