Applications are invited for appointment asResearch Assistant Professor in the HKU Research Hub of Population Studies (the Population Hub),Faculty of Social Sciences(Ref.:536109), to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
This position will immerse the appointees in both academic research and teaching in the multi-disciplinary team of the HKU Research Hub of Population Studies () within the Faculty of Social Sciences.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits, with a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 15% of basic salary.
