Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Health Sciences, Public Health, Biomedical Sciences or Statistics and (ii) an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese). Experience in MS Excel and statistical software programmes such as R and SPSS, and previous clinical research experience would be advantageous.
The appointee will work in the Paediatric Research Unit at the Prince of Wales Hospital as part of the respiratory/sleep research team. Duties include (a) subject recruitment (b) assisting in clinical data collection, data entry, data cleaning and statistical analysis (c) conducting follow-up arrangements to the subject concerned and (d) providing research support to other research team members.
Appointment will initially be made on contract basis for one year commencing March/April 2026, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.

The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) is a public research university in Shatin, Hong Kong, formally established in 1963 by a charter granted by the Legislative Council of Hong Kong. It is the territory's second-oldest university and was founded as a federation of three existing colleges – Chung Chi College, New Asia College and United College – the oldest of which was founded in 1949.
CUHK is organized into nine constituent colleges and eight academic faculties, and remains the only collegiate university in the territory. The university operates in both English and Chinese, although classes in most colleges are taught in English.
