Research Assistant/Associate, AI

Key Responsibilities:

. Support the design, implementation, and day-to-day coordination of hospital-at-home pilot projects and service initiatives.
. Collect, manage, and analyse clinical, operational, and patient experience data to evaluate programme outcomes.
. Engage clinicians, administrators, community partners, and other stakeholders to optimise workflows and care pathways.
. Prepare reports, presentations, and research outputs, and contribute to grant applications, publications, and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's (for Research Assistant equivalent) or Master's (for Research Associate equivalent) Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field

• Relevant experiences in similar role / technical hands-on experience in algorithm and software development

• Familiarity with Python programming and machine learning

• Good written and oral communication skills

• Competent in soft skills / general personality traits e.g. information visualization, interaction design

• Ability to work independently / develop solutions under strict timelines, meticulous and eye for details / excellent organizational / time management skills
