Research Analyst/Associate (Financial Track)

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct company coverage within the technology sector and develop research views with a global investment perspective
• Collaborate closely with senior analysts to perform in-depth fundamental analysis across regions
• Generate investment ideas, identify industry trends, and support portfolio decision-making
• Collect, clean, and analyze company/industry data; build and maintain financial models
• Conduct market research and maintain industry contacts to enhance research insights
• Participate in global and regional company visits, channel checks, and industry events
• Lead or support cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery of key initiatives
• Meet performance-based objectives and contribute proactively to team goals

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or related financial fields
• 1+ years of experience in sell-side/buy-side research, industry research, investment banking, or similar analytical roles
• Solid understanding of financial statements, valuation frameworks, and investment concepts
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking ability; able to form independent, well-supported views
• Fluent in English; overseas academic or working experience is a plus
• Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and comfortable with fast-paced environments
• Proficient in Excel/PowerPoint; experience with Bloomberg, Wind, FactSet, or similar databases preferred
• Willing to travel to Mainland China for business trips
