Relationship Manager, Premier Banking

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Relationship Manager to join our Priority Banking team. In this role, you will acquire and manage affluent clients, providing them with tailored financial advice and holistic banking solutions. You will play a key part in driving business growth while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively acquire and prospect new Premier/Priority Banking clients from the onshore market
• Develop and deepen client relationships to achieve business objectives and growth targets
• Provide professional consultative financial analysis and recommend tailored solutions
• Regularly update clients on market trends, insights, and investment opportunities
• Cross-sell a wide range of banking products including investments, insurance, and treasury solutions
• Ensure superior service standards to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in banking/financial services, preferably managing affluent clients
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Recognised university degree with relevant CMFAS certifications:
  RES1A, RES1B, RES2B, RES5, CM-EIP, CM-SIP, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, HI
• Strong understanding of investment and insurance products
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative advisory approach
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Results-driven with initiative and a creative mindset
