Job Description

Reporting to Section Head, Business Development & Relationship Management, you will be responsible for providing SME customers with full range of business banking products and services including financial management, operating accounts, investment, insurance and online banking. Through our continued commitment, Relationship Manager has cultivated long term relationship with its customers in the region that based on account relationship management, service differentiation, business development and rigorous credit standards.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the existing SME customer's portfolio by extending to them suitable banking solutions, and to defend the portfolio by exploring business opportunities with a primary focus on deepening customers relationship so as to get in line with the overall business strategy as prescribed by management from time to time.
  2. Understand SME customers wealth management needs and formulate appropriate solutions to meet the needs based on the circumstances and risk appetite by SME customers
  3. Provide banking services and execute transactions for SME customers on a timely and effective manner
  4. Maintain a good quality loan and CASA deposit portfolio by proper reviewing on account performance and business viability of customer
  5. To timely and accurately conduct ongoing KYC of existing SME customers in strict compliance with all internal and external regulations and policies
  6. To comply with the highest regulatory conduct, and compliance standards and practices as defined by internal and external requirements including the compliance with regulations and guidelines on Sanctions, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and so on.

Requirements:

  1. Degree holder with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in banking industry or investment business servicing with customers
  2. Sound knowledge of wide range of banking and investment products
  3. Excellent selling, relationship building and interpersonal skills
  4. Fluent in Putonghua is a must
  5. Good communication in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  6. Professional licensing qualifications on HKSI Papers 1, 7 & 8 and IIQE Papers 1, 2 and 3
