Regulatory Affairs Specialist | FMCG - Contract | Up to RM7000

Position: Regulatory Affairs Specialist

Industry: FMCG

Working Duration: 12 months contract (Renewable based on performance)

Working Location: 1 First Avenue, 2A, Dataran Bandar Utama, Bandar Utama Damansara, 47800 Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Working Day/Hours: Monday – Friday; 9.00am - 6.00pm

Salary: Range from RM 7,000 (Based on experience + skills) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical insurance

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regulatory compliance assessments for finished products and/or raw materials
• Review product labels and artwork against local regulatory requirements
• Support preparation of compliance documentation (e.g., DCL, substantiation, regulatory checks)
• Highly competent with systems (e.g. PLM)

Requirements:

• Background in food regulatory affairs
• Minimum years of experience required: 3-5 years
• Familiarity with AMEA countries
• Experience in food labelling and ingredient compliance
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
