Organization:Concord Preparatory School (U.S. Private High School)

Position Overview:

TheStudent Recruitment Specialistis responsible for recruiting international high school students fromTaiwan, Vietnam, South Korea, and Japanto enroll at Concord Preparatory School in the United States.

This role focuses onmarket development, agent channel management, outreach activities, and student enrollment pipeline management.

You will serve as the school'slocal representative, helping families, students, and partners understand Concord Prep's academic programs, boarding life, admissions requirements, and added-value services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Market Development

  • Recruit international students fromTaiwan, Vietnam, Korea, Japan.
  • Execute local and regional recruitment strategies to achieve enrollment targets.
  • Identify and expand new recruitment pipelines, including:
  • Education agents
  • High schools & international schools
  • Counselors & consultants
  • Education fairs & online platforms

2. Outreach & Marketing

  • Organize online & offline information sessions, seminars, and events.
  • Participate in education fairs across the assigned markets.
  • Create localized promotional content (social media, brochures, presentations).

3. Admissions Support

  • Guide students & families through the application and enrollment process.
  • Coordinate interviews, document collection, and pre-departure preparation.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment and application records using CRM tools.

4. Reporting & Collaboration

  • Provide weekly/monthly reports on recruitment progress.
  • Work closely with U.S. admissions & marketing teams.
  • Support development of new market strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in education, marketing, business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experiencein:
  • International student recruitment
  • Study abroad consulting
  • Education BD / partner development
  • Admissions or marketing in education
  • Strong communication & presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with agents, parents, and school counselors.
  • Good command of English (business communication level).
  • Comfortable working independently and traveling occasionally.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting forU.S. high schools, boarding schools, or K12 programs.
  • Experience managing multiple Asian markets.
  • Knowledge of F-1 visa processing and international education pathways.
  • Multilingual skills (Mandarin, English, Vietnamese, Korean, or Japanese).
