SPTS wafer processing solutions include market-leading silicon etch, dielectric etch, dry-release etch, PVD, PECVD and molecular vapor deposition (MVD), available with a range of wafer-handling options applicable to R&D, pilot production, or volume production environments. SPTS is headquartered and has its main manufacturing facility in Newport, UK, with additional manufacturing in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Primary Purpose of Role
. Support SPTS division software team with troubleshooting, CIP implementation, technical info consulting.
. Communication with customer tool owners, IT and Automation teams.
. Coordinate with Technical Support and Customer Service teams on issue escalations.
. Manage resolution plans with customers, in alignment with the SPTS division software team.
. Collection and analysis of diagnostic data.
. Actively involved in root cause fault analysis.
. Reporting out on software quality metrics.

Key Behavioral Competencies
. Experience of SPTS 200mm/300mm equipment, including Factory Automation integration.
. Experience of equipment software/hardware support and troubleshooting.
. Good knowledge of 200mm/300mm Automation related SEMI standards.
. Self-motivated and can work independently.
. Competency in communication, teamwork, problem solving and customer focus.

Qualifications & Experience
. Mandatory to be able to communicate technically in local language and English.
. Major in EE/ME/CS or engineering related degree.
. Over 3 years working experience at SEMI conductor industry.
. Knowledge/experience of PVD/Etch process over 2 years is a plus.
