Partipost is a leading influencer marketing platform operating across 8 markets in Asia. We connect brands with everyday creators to drive scalable, performance-driven campaigns.
We are now building the next growth engine: Self-Serve SaaS enabling SMEs and mid-market brands to launch influencer campaigns directly through our platform. You will lead and scale Partipost's Self-Serve SaaS business regionally.

What You'll Own
Market Growth & Revenue
- Drive Self-Serve SaaS revenue targets for Taiwan
- Acquire SME & mid-market brands onto the platform
- Design localized pricing & packaging strategies
- Build repeatable acquisition funnels (performance, partnerships, communities)
Product Localization & Feedback Loop
- Be the bridge between Taiwan market and HQ product team
- Identify feature gaps, UX friction, payment barriers
- Drive improvements based on local customer insights
- Ensure smooth onboarding & activation experience
Customer Success & Retention
- Build onboarding playbooks for self-serve clients
- Improve activation first campaign launch time
- Optimize retention & campaign repeat rate
- Reduce churn through structured engagement
Team Building
- Build and lead a small SaaS growth team across our 8 markets
- Set KPIs and performance culture
- Create scalable SOPs and dashboards
What We're Looking For
Must Have
- 58 years experience in SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, or digital marketing platforms
- Experience in SME acquisition or product-led growth
- Strong commercial instincts (you understand revenue math)
- Native Mandarin + strong English
- Experienced with SaaS product launch and GTM plan.
- Experienced in onboarding 500+ SME merchants in one year.
- Passionate about zero to scale development
- Familiar with pricing strategy and strategic partnerships
Strong Bonus
- Experience with influencer marketing or creator economy
- Experience launching or scaling self-serve SaaS products
- Experience working in regional/cross-border company
- Data-driven decision maker
Success Metrics (First 12 Months)
- Monthly recurring revenue growth (Self-Serve)
- Customer acquisition cost vs LTV ratio
- Activation rate (signup first campaign launched)
- Retention & repeat campaign rate
