Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support regional sales and business development activities across Asia through close collaboration with distributors and channel partners
  • Coordinate distributor planning, pre-bid meetings, exhibitions, workshops, seminars, and regional marketing events
  • Assist in developing and executing distributor sales and marketing strategies aligned with regional business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key opinion leaders (KOLs), hospitals, clinics, and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor distributor sales activities, pipeline performance, and market coverage, providing recommendations to improve business performance
  • Support distributor onboarding, training, capability development, and performance reviews
  • Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to resolve business and operational issues
  • Consolidate market intelligence, competitive analysis, and business insights to support strategic planning and decision-making
  • Prepare sales reports, market analyses, presentations, and management updates for regional and global stakeholders
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities with sales, marketing, finance, service, and training teams
  • Organise and support distributor and customer product training sessions
  • Provide basic product, application, and technical support in collaboration with technical teams
  • Participate in product training to maintain strong product and clinical knowledge
  • Perform other duties and regional projects assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in medical devices, healthcare equipment, diagnostics, or B2B capital equipment sales and marketing
  • Experience working with distributors, channel partners, and indirect sales models
  • Strong business development, sales support, and regional marketing experience
  • Strong analytical, planning, reporting, and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently across multiple markets
  • Comfortable travelling across Asia and working with regional and global stakeholders
  • Good understanding of product training, distributor enablement, and channel management
