Our client is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead their commercial operations across Taiwan and South Korea. Based in their Taiwan office, this role is the linchpin of our North Asia growth strategy. You will be responsible for moving the needle on market share by leading through influence, managing complex distributor networks, and securing the win at the shelf.
Responsibilities:
1. Commercial Strategy & Planning
- Develop and deliver a robust regional sales plan that aligns with global growth targets.
- Adapt strategies in real-time to respond to fluctuating market conditions and competitor moves.
2. Key Account & Partner Management
- Act as the primary lead for high-stakes direct customers, including Costco and PX Mart.
- Strengthen distributor partnerships by setting clear performance benchmarks and driving long-term value.
3. Data-Led Decision Making
- Utilize market insights and sales metrics to identify white-space opportunities.
- Solve performance gaps using evidence-based methodology—moving beyond gut feel to drive quantifiable results.
4. Operational Excellence & Capability Building
- Conduct regular performance reviews and sales meetings to level up field capability.
- Ensure 100% compliance with local regulations, internal pricing policies, and governance standards.
5. Cross-Functional Synergy
- Partner with Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain to remove operational blockers and ensure seamless product delivery.
What You Bring to the Table
- The Experience: A proven track record in regional sales management, specifically navigating the nuances of the Taiwan and South Korean markets.
