Datacolor is actively seeking a talented Regional Sales Manager to join our global workforce.

Position Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager will lead Datacolor's business development and operational setup in Taiwan. This includes establishing the new local organization, driving market expansion, managing sales and technical support teams, and executing strategic growth plans aligned with corporate goals. The role combines hands-on sales leadership with organizational development responsibilities to strengthen Datacolor's presence in the region.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

You have:

  • Duties for site manager in Datacolor Taiwan Company.
  • Assist in setting up the new organization in Taiwan, including recruitment and office setup.
  • Prepare & execute the strategic business growth plan for Taiwan in alignment with the corporate goals.
  • Market development through understanding of market situation, potentials and opportunities.
  • Develop and achieve maximum sales volume consistent with annual sales projections through efficient sales leads generation.
  • Closely supervise & coach direct salespersons and support team, advise or assist them in such areas as sales negotiations, leads generation, competitive & pricing strategy, customer services, etc.
  • Manage service & technical support for customers to maximize the service revenues and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in organizing promotional activities including trade shows and seminars.
  • Keep the management informed on matters of specific business interest such as market conditions, competitive situations, product needs, etc.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Holder of Diploma or Degree in science or engineering.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in industrial sales with 5 years in management and/or market development role.
  • Fluent Chinese & English, spoken & written communications.
  • Mature personality; excellent interpersonal skills; and a good team leader.
  • Frequent travelling within Taiwan or to other countries if necessary for business purposes.
  • Experience with textile industry will be a plus.
