As the Regional Sales Manager (Taiwan & South Korea), you will develop and deliver the regional sales plan to achieve targets and accelerate future growth. You'll be based in our Taiwan office to lead through influence across distributors, key direct customers (e.g., Costco and PX), and channel customers, using market insights and data to drive clear decisions and strong in-market execution.

  • Build and execute the sales plan: translate growth objectives into channel/ account plans, and adapt quickly as market conditions shift.
  • Own customer & partner performance: strengthen relationships with distributors, key direct customers (e.g., Costco/ PX), and channel customers to drive sales, service quality, and long-term partnership value.
  • Use data to drive decisions: analyze sales performance, market trends, and metrics to spot opportunities, solve gaps, and improve results with evidence, not vibes.
  • Cross-functional execution: partner with marketing, trade marketing, and supply chain to align priorities, remove blockers, and ensure smooth delivery of plans.
  • Upgrade field capability: run regular performance reviews, sales meetings, and training sessions to strengthen the distributor sales team's execution and professionalism.
  • Competitive response: monitor competitor activity and market signals, and adjust plans to protect share and capture openings fast.
  • Governance & compliance: ensure pricing, contracts, and promotional activities follow internal policies and local requirements.
  • Negotiate for value: secure favorable commercial terms with distributors and key customers to grow profitably and remain competitive.

Requirements

  • Strong capability in sales planning and execution across channels/ accounts, with the agility to handle changing market conditions.
  • Proven ability to manage distributors and key customers, building trust and driving performance through clear expectations and follow-through.
  • Deep local market knowledge and commercial curiosity (competition, consumer, and regulatory landscape).
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving capability, with a practical, customer-first mindset.
