About the Role:

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence across your assigned territories. Youll have the opportunity to shape sales strategies, engage directly with customers, and make a tangible impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel sales and marketing strategies within your territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners, managing sales leads and pipelines.
  • Promote and advocate the companys branded solutions to increase market awareness and adoption.
  • Identify and seize growth opportunities to boost sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Design and implement field sales programs, action plans, and strategic initiatives.
  • Set sales targets, forecast volumes, and establish quotas for channel partners.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, roadshows, seminars, and other industry events.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, accounts, and partnerships.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in distributor and channel management is preferred.
  • Proficiency in any European or Arabic language is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable engaging with key stakeholders and representing the company externally.
  • Keeps up-to-date with industry trends and professional developments by reading publications, participating in professional organizations, and expanding personal networks.
