Position Summary

AGS (Applied Global Service) iTeam (Installation Team) Planner is responsible for global installation planning and resource coordination to ensure timely, costeffective, and compliant execution of tool installations. This role focuses on optimizing resource utilization, minimizing installation coverage gaps, and maintaining high data accuracy across enterprise planning systems. The position works crossfunctionally with Field Service Operations, Product Management, Manufacturing, and Business Units to support successful endtoend installation execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate global installation resources across business units and regions to support forecasted and committed installation demand.
  • Analyze upcoming installation schedules and forecast data to identify potential resource gaps, risks, or conflicts, and proactively drive mitigation actions.
  • Maintain high levels of data accuracy and governance across internal planning systems, ensuring alignment with installation milestones and sequencing requirements.
  • Review automated scheduler outputs and manage planning exceptions using customized SAP applications, including manual overrides, proposing alternate resources, and adjusting allocations where required.
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional stakeholders to align priorities and resolve planning constraints.
  • Track and report key planning metrics providing insights and updates to stakeholders and management.
  • Manage escalations related to installation accelerations, prioritization requests, and resource constraints, ensuring timely communication and resolution.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies, system gaps, and automation opportunities that reduce manual effort and improve planning effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in planning, operations coordination, resource management, or program support within a manufacturing, service, or operations environment.
  • Handson experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, or similar ERP/planning tools preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex operational data and make datadriven recommendations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
