Your Role in VT Markets
As a Senior Marketing Associate reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager (GCN) within our Marketing team, you will be based in our Taiwan office while driving brand awareness and engagement across the Greater China, Hong Kong, and Macau markets. You will collaborate closely with our Regional Business Development team, the Global Marketing COE in Singapore, and various internal stakeholders to execute comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategies. Your critical impact will be building VT Markets brand presence in these key markets through strategic content creation, community management, and data-driven campaign optimization across both Western and Chinese social media platforms.

Job Experience & Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 3-4 years of agency or brand work experience in social media, content creation, and digital marketing, with agency experience highly preferred
- Previous experience in financial services or fintech industry is advantageous
Technical and Functional Skills
- Expert-level knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, WeChat, and Weibo, with understanding of platform-specific best practices
- Proficiency in social media copywriting, photography, and basic image/video editing software (e.g., CapCut) for social media content creation
- Strong project management abilities with capability to multitask effectively in dynamic, results-oriented environments
Soft Skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese with strong storytelling capabilities
- Outstanding organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy when working with analytics and performance data
- Self-motivated and resourceful individual who takes initiative to fulfill tasks within specified timelines while managing multiple stakeholders effectively

Job Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the event manager and internal departments (business development, brand solutions, event team) to conceptualize community and KOL campaigns based on business priorities and goals
- Analyze user behavior, content, and channel preferences, and translate insights into content marketing strategies
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly data analysis and strategic recommendations for social media and influencer campaigns
- Manage daily social media operations, including content planning, editorial calendar, comment moderation, and community engagement, while reporting key issues to relevant teams
- Plan and execute various brand promotion and customer engagement activities to enhance brand awareness, customer activity, and new user registrations
- Utilize various marketing tools (e.g., digital360) to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation in line with brand development goals
- Conduct market research and data analysis to gain insights into customer needs and improve campaign effectiveness, offering daily, weekly, and monthly social media and key campaign data analysis and strategic recommendations
- Handle campaign eligibility reviews, consolidate execution data for analysis, monitor competitor activities, and prepare reports and campaign summaries
- Perform social listening by monitoring hashtags and brand keywords to ensure brand safety and identify real-time marketing opportunities based on trends
- Lead content creation and curation, including photography, copywriting, graphic design editing, video editing, sourcing and editing UGC content
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including global marketing, design, and sales) to ensure consistency of brand messaging across channels and markets
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to explore new opportunities
