Job Description

Title: Regional Marketing Analytics Lead

Location: Singapore

About the Role:

Our Client is a highly regarded Medical Device and Pharmaceutical MNC.

They are currently seeking a data-driven and strategic Regional Marketing Analytics Lead to architect measurement frameworks across the APAC region for its digital marketing channels.

This role will focus on translating digital marketing performance data sets into compelling narratives that drive and guide business decisions and digital marketing efficiency for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain a structured measurement framework to track digital marketing KPIs and ROI across various digital channels within the region
  • Develop and manage dashboards, visualization and other analytics tools to provide real-time visibility into campaign, media, and channel performance
  • Lead social and media listening initiatives to track audience sentiment and other emerging trends so as to maintain competitive advantage
  • Proactively identify underperforming channels and provide targeted, data-driven recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders
  • Act as the regional subject matter expert, coaching local market teams to better understand marketing performance levers and optimization best practices
  • Partner closely with Brand, Media, and external agency partners to ensure performance insights to ensure strategic brand alignment.

What You Bring

  • Minimally 5-8 years in marketing, with a proven track record in a regional or matrixed environment
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • Familiarity with social media management tools for publishing, monitoring, and reporting (e.g. Sprinklr, Sprout Social, or similar platforms).
  • Familiarity with social listening tools(e.g. Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Meltwater) for tracking brand mentions, sentiment analysis, competitor benchmarking
  • Knowledge of tracking dashboards, analytics, and optimization tools, including measurement frameworks
  • Ability tosimplify complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Strong experience in working on regional projects and influencing diverse stakeholders across different cultures and functions
  • Prior experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or consumer health industries will be highly advantageous
