Job description
We are now seeking for Regional Manager - HR Projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the full HR project lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and accuracy.
- Establish KPIs and SLAs for payroll delivery and improve data flow
- Lead the design and implementation of payroll and workflow digitisation projects
- Lead end-to-end HRMS transformation project, including vendor selection, solution design, UAT, roll-out and post-launch optimization to ensure quality deliverables.
- Engage in the ongoing refinement of HR policies, practices, and procedures
- Work closely with both leaders and vendors to align on best practices
QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary educated in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 8 years practical experience in payroll operations and project management, within a corporate environment, preferably with strong regional exposure
- Sound knowledge of local labour law, practices, and regulations
- Strong business acumen and proactive attitude
- Excellent stakeholder management skills is essential
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
