Role Overview

Forecasted Part Management (FPM) is a subscription‑like spares product delivered through a multi‑regional program management team. To support this model, we are seeking a Regional Manager (M5), FPM Program Management (Asia), reporting directly to the Head of FPM (Spares SBU). This role leads regional execution of the FPM prodcut, ensuring alignment with global standards while addressing regional customer and operational requirements. It requires strong customer and field engagement, combined with disciplined, product‑centric execution to enable scalable growth and consistent product delivery across Asia.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Maintain strong, trustbased customer relationships, managing expectations within defined FPM scope and entitlements.
      • Lead and develop the FPM Program Management team in Asia to ensure consistent product delivery, capability growth, and performance management, while maintaining role clarity and focus by preventing diversion into non‑FPM activities and avoiding scope creep.
      • Partner closely with FSO and account leadership to ensure alignment with account strategies while maintaining product and entitlement discipline support regional business growth, including expansion of FPM adoption, revenue opportunities, and value realization and lead escalation management across accounts by coordinating timely resolution across regional and global cross‑functional teams with clear communication to site and account leadership.
      • Execute FPM improvements across system, policy, and product in close collaboration with FPM Product Line Managers and Spares SBU Management to support product enhancements and issue resolution.

      Key Qualifications

      • Proven experience leading regional or global teams, including people management and capability development
      • Strong understanding of the Asia customer landscape and operational environment
      • Demonstrated ability in customer communication and escalation management at multiple levels
      • Experience in spares, service operations, or product/program management
      • Ability to balance regional flexibility with global standardization and enterprise objectives
      • Strong cross‑functional leadership and matrix organizational navigation skills
