SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITI
- ESWork on legal workstreams for large-scale renewable projects, including Wind and BESS, green industrial park, etc., from Cradle-to-Grave suppor
- t.Draft and negotiate not only PPA/EPC/O&M contracts but also complex investment structures, including JVs, Project Finance, and M&A transactions for project acquisition
- s.Oversee high-value procurement for regional manufacturing hubs and logistics, ensuring resilience in the Asian supply chai
- n.Navigate nascent regulatory frameworks for renewable energy auctions and advise on Carbon Credits and ESG reportin
- g.Manage construction-related claims, grid connection disputes, and land-use complexities (e.g., Forest Land Conversion) across diverse Asian legal system
- s.Manage regional subsidiary governance, labor & employment, and implement anti-corruption (FCPA) and EHS compliance standard
