Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with senior customer stakeholders and data centre consultants, positioning the company as a trusted technical partner
- Develop and execute account strategies to achieve regional sales targets and expand market share
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and target prospects across the region
- Provide technical consultation and application support to customers, translating complex engineering requirements into tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal engineering, product, and service teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet customer needs
- Lead commercial negotiations, tender submissions, and contract discussions with key accounts
- Monitor account performance, forecast sales pipelines, and report on regional business development activities
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor landscape, and evolving customer needs within data centre and HVAC sectors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
- 5+ years of relevant experience in key account management, application engineering, technical sales, or solution consulting
- Experience within data centre, HVAC, or mission-critical environments strongly preferred
- Proven ability to build and manage senior-level customer relationships across regional markets
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and articulate complex engineering solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple accounts and work independently across a regional territory
- Willingness to travel regionally as required
