Job Summary
Our client is looking for a Senior HRM to drive regional talent acquisition and employee development initiatives while supporting HR operations across a fast-growing APAC organisation.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes by collaborating with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent across the APAC region
- Enhance employer branding and improve candidate experience to strengthen talent attraction efforts
- Develop and implement onboarding programs that accelerate new hire integration and engagement
- Drive employee development initiatives, including performance management and retention strategies, to support workforce growth
- Coordinate learning and development programs to facilitate career growth and skill enhancement for employees
- Provide comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle, including payroll administration, benefits management, and employee relations resolution
- Support HR projects by identifying process improvement opportunities and ensuring compliance with regional regulations
- Partner with business leaders to align HR operations with regional growth objectives and business needs
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 3-8 years of HR experience with demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition and talent management
- Experience supporting recruitment, employee development, and performance management initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills
- Proactive and adaptable mindset suited for a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Candidates from a tech startup, entrepreneurial, Growth-Stage Company type background are highly preferred
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Background in tech startups, entrepreneurial, or growth-stage companies
- APAC or regional HR experience
