Job Summary

Our client is looking for a Senior HRM to drive regional talent acquisition and employee development initiatives while supporting HR operations across a fast-growing APAC organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes by collaborating with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent across the APAC region
  • Enhance employer branding and improve candidate experience to strengthen talent attraction efforts
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs that accelerate new hire integration and engagement
  • Drive employee development initiatives, including performance management and retention strategies, to support workforce growth
  • Coordinate learning and development programs to facilitate career growth and skill enhancement for employees
  • Provide comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle, including payroll administration, benefits management, and employee relations resolution
  • Support HR projects by identifying process improvement opportunities and ensuring compliance with regional regulations
  • Partner with business leaders to align HR operations with regional growth objectives and business needs

Required competencies and certifications

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 3-8 years of HR experience with demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition and talent management
  • Experience supporting recruitment, employee development, and performance management initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset suited for a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Candidates from a tech startup, entrepreneurial, Growth-Stage Company type background are highly preferred

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Background in tech startups, entrepreneurial, or growth-stage companies
  • APAC or regional HR experience
